Love these quotes (how appropriate) - Dr. Seuss is the best!
For me its a toss up between Yertle the Turtle and Oh The Places You Will Go. Bartholomew and the Oobleck is kiddos #1 pic (its an old tattered copy from when I was a child, can't seem to find on in better shape)
